We just returned from a great weekend in Sydney where I was the speaker at a combined church camp. The camp was held at a conference center near Fitzroy Falls about 2 hours from Sydney. This was an exciting time for us to train and motivate about 80 people in sharing their faith, forming new groups, and making disciples that reproduce. We rejoice that 10 people received Jesus as Saviour during the weekend and of course that generated a lot of excitement! Aris, the pastor and camp organizer, will forming several new groups to train these new believers and sees great potential in these groups becoming new churches. Before I left Sydney yesterday we visited one camp attender who has opened her home to start a new group next Monday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On Monday Judy & I will be travelling to Athens for an AGM to share in fellowship with about 800 missionaries from our Europe affinity. I will have the privilege to share some of the wonderful things God is doing among us here in Australia (and beyond), equipping about 40 people in the T4T process. From there we will be on holidays in the USA to visit our family and reconnect with our 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Pray for us as we travel, but especially pray that the work in Australia will continue unhindered in our absence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The website is in the process of being moved and completely refurbished, and this will include an open forum where we can network much better and share comments and ideas. I\u2019ll keep you posted.
