I wanted to let you all know that I will be traveling to the USA today to see my father. He is suffering the later stages of cancer and has taken a turn for the worse over the weekend. We expect that he could pass away very soon, and I am taking this opportunity to see him for the last time and give support to my family back home. This has been a difficult decision and has happened very quickly, but I feel that it is the right thing to do. Please pray for me as I travel.
Upon my return, I will be going to New Zealand to visit a colleague and meet several pastors who are expressing interest in multiplying disciples. I will be going with Andy Arnette, a fellow worker based in Sydney. Pray for this to be a time of inspiration and breakthrough as we cast a CPM vision.
Also please be aware of a big event the day before Easter, April 7th. This is a Multicultural AIM Trainers Celebration Day where many of our disciple training groups and churches will be gathering to celebrate the Lord together, featuring Aussies, Filipinos, Nepalese, Congolese (and a few Americans!) This will be held at Goodwood Centre (2 Acton Crs) in Goodwood, Tasmania, 10am to 4pm. For more information contact Orpha & Rene.
